Who are we?
We’re a provider of support for people with diverse and complex needs with learning disability and / or autism
Our care services are tailored around the person and offer high quality personalised care that provides continuous support and promotes independent living with emphasis on the person having as much control over their life. We manage a number of small residential care home services, Young Adults Transition services, and individual supported living care services. We focus on assisting the person to live as independently as possible.
The key factor in our model of care is progression with continual assessment of needs and individual objectives that are outcome-based, empowering people to live as independently as possible.
We offer an active balance of life and leisure activities that promote daily living skills and engagement in wider community activities to increase presence and greater participation.

Regulation
We work in line with Care Quality Commission, Ofsted and Government Standards and guidelines and incorporate any recommendations set out by the Department of Health. We adhere to and are aware of any new directives by the Care Quality Commission, Ofsted or local commissioning partners.
Our adult residential and nursing homes are rated by the Care Quality Commission. Our homes for children and young people are rated by Ofsted. See our services pages for the latest reports.
