Chartwell Trust Care provides community supported living and residential care services for people living with a learning disability and / or autism. Our aim is to deliver outcome-focused services which are responsive to commissioners needs and in line with best practice.
We also support people who may display behaviours which challenge services and mental health conditions.
Chartwell Trust Care continually reviews and improves our operating process by refining and increasing services to service users, their families and to commissioners of our service. We do this by working with service users to agree support and care strategies which are measurable – we actively listen and seek their views and feedback. We continually strive to improve the quality of our services and care and support.
Our staff are trained in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, Communication techniques, and robust risk management to enable people to live in their communities in stable and safe accommodation.
We are a small family-run organisation which prides itself on providing individualised care and support in environments which are homely and caring.
